Lead times listed apply to most orders and reflect production lead time—the amount of time it takes for us to build and prepare your order before it leaves our Texas facility. The ship date is the date your order is expected to depart our facility and begin its journey to you.

We work hard to meet these timelines, but because each piece is carefully produced, there may be occasions—often due to factors outside our control—when lead times shift slightly. If that happens, we’ll notify you right away with updated expectations.

Once your order ships, delivery typically occurs within 7 business days, though this may vary based on the carrier’s schedule and your location.

Shipping Options

Getting your new salon equipment should be exciting, not a headache. Let's walk through the shipping options to make sure everything gets to you safe and sound. We've got a few ways to get your order delivered, so let's find the perfect one for you.

Standard Shipping

Perfect for: Smaller items like chairs, replacement parts, and other odds and ends. (Heads up: this option isn't for bulky items like shampoo shuttles, bowls, or cabinetry).
Type of Shipping: FEG / UPS Ground.
What happens: The carrier will leave your box(es) at your door (curbside delivery).
Scheduling: No appointment is needed or available for this one.

LTL Shipping with Liftgate (Outside Delivery)

Perfect for: Chair orders with 3+ units or larger items like shampoo shuttles and cabinetry, especially if you have a team ready to help unbox and bring everything inside.
Type of Shipping: LTL Freight. This is a big truck, which is why the cost is different from standard shipping!
What happens: The carrier uses a liftgate to lower your pallet and will leave it at the curb or your loading dock.
Scheduling: Delivery appointment is included! The shipping company will give you a call to schedule a time that works.

LTL Shipping with Liftgate (Inside Delivery)

Perfect for: The easiest option for orders like Chair orders with 3+ units or larger items like shampoo shuttles and cabinetry, especially if you have a team ready to help unbox and bring everything inside.
Type of Shipping: LTL Freight.
What happens: The carrier brings your pallet(s) just inside the first dry area of your business. (Just so you know, this doesn't include carrying items up stairs or installation).
Scheduling: A delivery appointment is included. The carrier will call you directly to set it up.

A Quick Heads-Up on Timing

Once your order leaves our facility, shipping freight lead time is about 3–7 business days to get to you.

Super Important Delivery Note:

When your delivery arrives, give the boxes a quick once-over. If anything looks damaged, please make a note of it on the delivery receipt with the driver before they leave. Snap a few photos of the damage and email them to us at hello@standishsalongoods.com within 24 hours so we can jump in and help.

Proposition 65

What Is Proposition 65?

Proposition 65, officially the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, is a law that requires warnings be provided to California consumers when they might be exposed to chemicals identified by California as causing cancer or reproductive toxicity. The warnings are intended to help California consumers make informed decisions about their exposures to these chemicals from the products they use. The California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) administers the Proposition 65 program and publishes the listed chemicals, which includes more than 850 chemicals. In August 2016, OEHHA adopted new regulations, effective on August 30, 2018, which change the information required in Proposition 65 warnings.

Why Does Standish Include This Warning On Our Products?

Kaemark and its distributors comply with all pertinent laws, including Proposition 65. We have chosen to provide a Proposition 65 notice to be compliant. The warning does not mean that Kaemark products will cause any harm. Similarly, a Proposition 65 warning does not mean a product is in violation of any product-safety standards or requirements. In fact, the California government has clarified that “the fact that a product bears a Proposition 65 warning does not mean by itself that the product is unsafe.” The government has also explained, “You could think of
