We're sure you'll love the stuff you buy from us. But if you don't for whatever reason, we are determined to make sure you enjoyed the experience of working with us. For that reason, we offer a return policy that is second to none in the industry...

Our Policy
Return it within 30 days from date shipped in its original packaging.

We take returns on unused merchandise.

Competitive Restocking Fees: 
If you are unsatisfied with your items, you may return them to us. However, there will be a 20% restocking fee applied, in addition to the return shipping. All refunds will also incur a 3% administrative fee. These are based on the total amount due on your order.  

If the furniture is not in original condition, and we need to refurbish the product to get it to its original condition so that another customer will love it, then we reserve the right to assess a refurbishing fee upon arrival. If the item is too badly damaged to be refurbished, we will not be able to issue a refund, so please re-package with care!

If the packaging is damaged, no problem; we'll just need to put the perfect product in a perfect (new) package. We only charge 10% to recover the expense for that. In this case, be sure to call us before you attempt to ship.

Once we've received, assessed and/or repackaged the item(s), you will receive your money back for the price of the original product. Please note that any refund may take up to 2 weeks for processing.

Freight Refusal
If you refuse your delivery from a freight company due to reasons outside of damages or missing pieces, you're responsible for any return shipping, storage fees, and/or restocking fees that occur.

Because they are custom made per your order, the cancellation of Kaemark Cabinetry, Continuum Pedicure Spas, Kayline or Oakworks Massage Beds will result in a 30% cancellation fee. In addition, all American made custom items listed above cannot be returned. *Please note that custom items are NON-returnable - cancellations must be placed before the order is shipped.

Note: If there are any holds on orders that then have to be cancelled, Standish has the right to charge a 3% administrative fee. 
Reporting Defective or Damaged Items
On the rare case that you receive a defective item or one that has been damaged during shipment, then you will need to report it to Standish within 1 day.  Otherwise we will issue return based on the return policy above.

Price Adjustment Policy
If an item you have purchased is offered at a lower price within 14 days of your original order date, you may receive a price adjustment. Products purchased on sale are not eligible for price adjustment. Give us a call with questions or for details!

Next Steps
Track down the original packaging and protect the pieces inside. You'll need to ship it back to us. Note: You are responsible for the shipping back. Standish will charge up front for the return shipping and restocking and refund the difference to your order once the items are back in the warehouse. The number for returns is (888) 271-8434.
